CPAC is committed to providing equal access for all to ensure that everyone can fully participate and enjoy the arts:
Companion Card
Companion card holders are entitled to a ticket at a concession rate (if applicable) and carers entrance is free. A companion card must be presented at the time of booking or upon collection of tickets.
Seating requests
Patrons requiring wheelchair access or with mobility concerns are encouraged to contact the CPAC Box Office at the time of booking their seats. Accessible seating requests cannot be secured online.
Bookings can be made in person or by phoning (02) 4993 4266 between 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Venue accessibility
Entrances to the venue are accessible and wheelchair accessible toilets are located in all areas of the venue. A lift is available to assist visitors with mobility difficulties. The stage is also equipped with a wheelchair lift.
Parking
Seventy car spaces (including two accessible spaces) are available and the car park is well lit at night. The entrance is via Cumberland Street and parking is free of charge.
Hearing assistance
The auditorium is equipped with an induction hearing loop compatible with T-switch hearing aids.
Vision impairment
Where possible, all signage in the venue includes Braille to assist patrons who have sight impairments. We are also guide-dog and assistance dog friendly.
