We regret to advise that there are no refunds or exchanges as per the Live Performance Australia Ticketing Code of Practice. We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and following health advice from the NSW Government. Should any performance be postponed, you will have the option to transfer your ticket to the rescheduled performance or receive a full refund.
In general, reservations will only be held for up to seven days. It should be noted, however, that Presenters reserve the right to vary the length of time for reservation holds and in some cases may not permit tickets to be held as reservations.
Concessions are available for events solely at the discretion of the Presenter. The type of concession available is determined by the Presenter. A customer must present a valid identification card, as proof of eligibility, when purchasing tickets at a concession price. This includes membership discounts for CPAC Members.
To be eligible for a group discount, tickets must be purchased at the same time, in one transaction.
Seventy car spaces (including two accessible spaces) are available and the car park is well lit at night. The entrance is via Cumberland Street and parking is free of charge.
Please be aware that latecomers cannot be admitted until a suitable break in the performance.
Please switch off or set your mobile phone to silent before entering the auditorium.
With the exception of bottled water, please also remember that food or drink is not permitted in the auditorium.
Unless otherwise stated, photography, audio and/or visual recording of a performance is strictly prohibited.
