The Box Office is also open one hour prior to a performance start time.

Exchanges/Refunds

We regret to advise that there are no refunds or exchanges as per the Live Performance Australia Ticketing Code of Practice.

Reservations

In general, reservations will only be held for up to seven days. It should be noted, however, that Presenters reserve the right to vary the length of time for reservation holds and in some cases may not permit tickets to be held as reservations.

Concessions

Concessions are available for events solely at the discretion of the Presenter. The type of concession available is determined by the Presenter. A customer must present a valid identification card, as proof of eligibility, when purchasing tickets at a concession or discount price. This includes special offers and membership discounts. 

Group Bookings

To be eligible for a group discount, tickets must be purchased at the same time in one transaction.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates make an ideal gift for Christmas or a birthday. They can be purchased in $20, $50 or $100 denominations and can be redeemed within twelve months of issue. Purchase your gift certificate here or call the Box Office on 4993 4266.

Parking

Seventy car spaces (including two accessible spaces) are available and the car park is well lit at night. The entrance is via Cumberland Street and parking is free of charge.

Latecomers

Please be aware that latecomers cannot be admitted until a suitable break in the performance.

Theatre Etiquette

Please switch off or set your mobile phone to silent before entering the theatre.
With the exception of bottled water, please also remember that food or drink is not permitted in the auditorium.
Unless otherwise stated, photography, audio and/or visual recording of a performance is strictly prohibited.

Bags, Prams and Walkers

For the safety and comfort of patrons, large bags, prams and walking frames are not permitted in the auditorium during a performance.

  • Temporary Closure

    23-Mar-2020 -

    In accordance with the NSW Public Health Order banning indoor mass gatherings of more than 100 people until 16 June 2020, several productions that were scheduled at CPAC have been forced to cancel or postpone until later in the year. In light of this fact, CPAC will be closed until further notice.
